The Red River Basin Wildlife and Water Quality Enhancement Pilot Program provides cost-share assistance to North Dakota producers for seeding marginal cropland to grass cover, through several conservation practices. Producers are also eligible to receive payments for management and maintenance of select practices. Eligible counties include: Cass, Grand Forks, Griggs, Ransom, Richland, Sargent & Walsh.
